Helmut Eisel Babsy's Freylakhs Clarinet Klezmer
Helmut Eisel, Klezmer clarinetist from Germany is playing one of his composition, called "Babsy's Freylakhs"
with students of the "Clarinet and Klezmer in the Galilee" Master Classes which occur every year in Tsfat, a little
historic town perched in the mountains of Galilee in Israel. Those seminars allow musicians from different
nationalities and backgrounds to share and learn new musical experience with some of the greatest artists like
Giora Feidman, Eddie Daniels, Charles Neidich, Philippe Cuper, Franklin Cohen and many others. This year the master
classes will begin on 2th, august 2010.

klezmer music. Helmut Eisel from Germany is the assistant of Giora Feidman and has transcended klezmer music to new
heights and territories. Julien Petit on the soprano sax is a renowned French saxophonist who is perpetuating the
klezmer tradition in Paris. On the bass, Rémy Yulzari, on the piano Alex Slutsky. Recorded by Arik Nitsan during
